Meta charges for messages separately, billed to your own Meta account at Meta’s rates. Chitthi adds 0% markup, and failed messages cost nothing.
Chitthi has no 256-contact cap and no limit on contacts. Meta’s daily sending limit still applies: it caps how many new customers your number can message in a day, starts low and rises as you keep sending good-quality messages. When it is reached, Chitthi sends the rest later by itself.
