As a referral partner you bring a client, Feb Tech does the setup and support, and you earn 25% of the client’s Chitthi plan fee every month the client pays. As a white-label partner you sell Chitthi under your own brand and domain, at a partner rate.

Your clients already get leads from ads and talk to their customers on WhatsApp. Chitthi gives them campaigns, a team inbox, a chatbot and Meta ads in one place, on the official WhatsApp Business API. You bring the client; we handle the software.

Option 1: Referral partner

Share your referral link, or introduce the client to us. Feb Tech does the setup and the support, and you earn a commission every month the client pays.

Who pays Meta for WhatsApp messages and ads?

The client pays Meta directly from their own Meta account: WhatsApp message charges and Facebook or Instagram ad spend. Chitthi adds no markup, and these are not part of the commission.

How is my commission tracked?

Clients who sign up from your referral link are linked to your partner code automatically. A client you introduce to us directly is linked by our team. Each month we count the plan payments received from your clients.

When and how is the commission paid?

Monthly, by bank transfer or UPI, after the client’s payment reaches Feb Tech. You get the list of client payments it is worked out from.

How long does the commission run?

Every month the client stays on a paid Chitthi plan. It stops when the client stops paying.

What if my client joins on an offer price?

The commission is on what the client actually pays for the plan: on an offer price, 25% of the offer price.

Do I have to set up or support my clients?

Not as a referral partner: you bring the client, and Feb Tech does the setup, training and support. White-label partners give first-line support to their own clients, and Feb Tech handles the technical side.

Can I sell Chitthi under my own brand?
